Surface cleaning

For patients who have stuffings / electrical / cardboard parts within the body that cannot be removed. Patient will not be soaked into water.

Deep cleaning

Commonly recommended for any toy that requires cleaning and have stuffings / electrical parts that can be removed. Thorough cleaning process to extract most dirt.

Fur brushing

Compulsory with cleaning, for toys with fur >=3mm long. Ensures fur remains fluffy after cleaning (else, fur will become matted: stiff and flat).
