We ship everywhere around the world🌍
Enquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
For Stuffed Toys Hospital service
Singapore: Self drop off
Self drop off option at Aljunied MRT is free of charge, and prior appointment is required.
Singapore: Delivery from your address to our place
Only same-day delivery service (using Lalamove/Grab platform) is provided.
Delivery options are available from $15, depending on distance and size of toy.
This is only available on Sundays, 10am-6pm. Please prepare your own bag and pack your stuffed toy(s) proper, with your name labelled on the bag for identification purposes.
Kindly note that STUFFED TOYS HOSPITAL will not be held liable for any accidents that happen to stuffed toy(s) during delivery to and fro. As such, we strongly encourage self-drop offs and collections.
International: Delivery
Delivery to Singapore will have to be arranged by yourself.
For return, you can choose to arrange your own delivery, or we can arrange for one using Singapore Post. Charges are subjected to the size of your stuffed toy(s), the weight and which country to ship to.
For physical products
Delivery times
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
All Singapore and International orders
Items are shipped within 3-4 business days after order has been placed (excluding items/services that require personalization) using Singapore Post. All shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight. There will be options to choose tracking options during checkout.
Liabilities
STUFFED TOYS HOSPITAL will not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by postal/shipping service;
- Wrong addresses provided by customers;
- Damage to orders by postal/shipping service;
- Letterbox issues, or unsuccessful delivery attempts;
- Stolen packages after delivery;
- Any other accidents that happens after your stuffed toy leaves our hospital compound.

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The Effective Date stated below indicates the last time this Refund Policy was materially revised.
